Whether you only need honest local advice or want help planning and arranging the whole trip, you can choose the level of support that works for you. Each of these 5 services is priced separately, so you know exactly what you are paying for and can combine services as needed.
Travel Consultation Call: up to 1 hour
Not sure where to begin, or already have ideas you want to talk through? In this one-on-one call, we can discuss your travel dates, route, budget, comfort level, accommodation options, transport, activities, and any questions you have about travelling in Mongolia. You’ll receive honest, practical advice based on my experience guiding and scouting across the country. Bank-transfer fees are included, and $50 will be deducted from the Custom Itinerary Design fee if you decide to continue with that service.
70 $: Bank Transfer Fees Included
Click Book a Call and choose a time through Calendly. I’ll email you an invoice with bank-transfer instructions. Please allow 24–48 hours for the payment to arrive before your call. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received; unpaid appointments will be cancelled. Use your full name as the payment reference.
Custom Itinerary Design
We’ll start with a planning call to discuss your dates, interests, budget, comfort level, and travel style. I’ll then create a personalised day-by-day itinerary with routes, stays, activities, transport, and an estimated budget. You’ll receive the first version within 48 hours, followed by a review call and one revised version within 24 hours. Bank-transfer fees are included, and $50 is deducted if you’ve already booked a Travel Consultation.
250 $: Bank Transfer Fees Included
Complete a short travel questionnaire so I can understand your dates, interests, budget, and travel style. After reviewing your request, I’ll email you the invoice and next steps. Once payment is received, you’ll be invited to book your dedicated planning call.
Booking & Local Team Coordination
Booking & Local Team Coordination is for travelers who already have a confirmed itinerary, including their route, dates, and preferred stays.
Once your itinerary is finalised, I can arrange your accommodation, activities, guide, driver, and other local services. You’ll transfer the full trip amount to me, and I’ll manage deposits, special requests, and payments to each provider, so you don’t have to pay everyone separately. Driver and guide payments are released after their services are completed. My coordination fee is included, while all trip costs are shown separately in your budget.
200 $: Bank Transfer Fees Included
Complete the booking form and upload your final itinerary. I’ll check availability and send you a full cost breakdown and invoice. Once payment is received, I’ll confirm the bookings, arrange your guide and driver, and manage provider payments.
Already purchased Custom Itinerary Design? You don’t need to fill out the form—I’ll send you the booking instructions once your itinerary is finalised.
Equipment Rental
I can provide camping and travel equipment for your journey, including tents, portable showers and toilets, tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, riding helmets and chaps, water containers, and a Garmin satellite communicator. The final price depends on your trip length, group size, route, and the equipment selected.
