How is this different from booking with a tour company?Instead of choosing from a fixed package, you can build your trip around your own interests, budget, pace, and comfort level. My planning fee is separate from accommodation, transport, guides, activities, and other travel costs, so you can clearly see what you are paying for.
Do I need to book every service?No. You can choose only the support you need, whether that is a consultation, itinerary design, booking coordination, or equipment rental.
What is included in Custom Itinerary Design?The service includes a planning call, a personalised day-by-day itinerary, route planning, accommodation and activity suggestions, transport recommendations, and an estimated trip budget. You will receive the first version within 48 hours, followed by a review call and one revised version within 24 hours.
Are the guides and drivers your employees?No. I work with trusted independent guides and drivers from the local network I have built through years of guiding and scouting across Mongolia.
How do payments work?All payments are currently made by international bank transfer. After you request a service, I will send an invoice with payment instructions. Please use your full name as the transfer reference. International transfers may take 24–48 hours.
What happens if prices or availability change?Accommodation and supplier availability can change until deposits are paid. I will explain any changes and ask for your approval before confirming a different option or additional cost.
